VeLens Cloud
The web app for your Marketing Cloud org. It runs in any browser, and it opens inside Marketing Cloud from the app menu.
Connecting your org needs the VeLens package installed by an admin. Tell me when it's ready.
Ask it what you'd have raised a ticket for
The agent plans, calls real tools against your org, and lists every call it made with the business unit it ran against. Writes are proposed as a card and run only when someone presses Confirm.
Debug what broke
"Did the Welcome Series run last night?" It reads the run history and names which runs failed, and at which step.
Explain the numbers
Send rollups and bounce categories in plain words, including whether a spike is a hard bounce, a block, or temporary.
Reach across business units
Ask about any business unit your connection can reach, switch between them mid-conversation, and see which unit answered.
Answer the "how does this work" ones
Built-in Marketing Cloud knowledge covers the vocabulary and AMPscript basics, so nobody leaves to search.
Draft the email
Describe it and the agent builds a real email in Content Builder, or edits an existing asset block by block.
Never about one person
The agent works in aggregates only. Subscriber lookups run outside the AI and never reach a model.
Conversations are kept per person, and you can reopen an old one from the rail. How your data is handled.
Org Health, waiting for you each morning
One snapshot per day: contacts against your limit, sends over 24 hours, 7 days and month to date, overnight automation failures, and how many journeys are running. Read-only for everyone on the team.
A failures tile above zero carries an "Ask VeLens why" link that opens AI Chat on that question. Collecting the snapshot writes nothing into your org.
One place to govern both surfaces
Set it here and the Chrome extension follows, so you are not configuring people's browsers one at a time. Anyone in your tenant who connects joins as an editor by default, and an owner can switch the org to invite only.
Roles for everyone
Owner, admin, editor, reviewer and viewer, invited by email with the role already set.
Turn features on and off
Switch a capability off, org-wide or per role, and it disappears on both surfaces.
Scoped to your business units
Every request is checked against the business units your connection may actually reach.
The same app, inside Marketing Cloud
The same web app opens from Marketing Cloud's own app menu, one click from the navigation your team already uses. Useful for teams that can't add extensions to managed machines.
An admin enables it once
An administrator adds the VeLens app component through the Installed Package and enables it per business unit. One-time setup.
It appears in the app menu
VeLens shows up alongside Email Studio and Journey Builder, right where your team already looks.
Click it and you're in
Sign-in happens silently against your SFMC identity as the app loads. No second login and nothing installed on the machine.
The same brain as the extension
The workspace here calls the same server-side agent, the same Marketing Cloud tools and the same confirm-gated writes as the Chrome extension, so connecting your org once covers both.
